Jewel Cake

I baked this cake for my hubby meeting and it was a hit....there's this friend who attended the meeting can't get enough of it and kept asking my hubby when I can make it again for him.

Well I did after meeting the husband n wife by chance outside a NTUC before CNY and was asked right in my face when can they get to eat the cake again. So I promised them I will bring the cake for the gathering.
